I had to ask the receptionist to change our rooms because the condition was so bad. However, the new rooms were excellent with remarkable facilities in the bathrooms and air conditioning. The rooms were well maintained, equipped with all necessary amenities like a telephone, flat-screen TV, central A/C with local control, wardrobe with hangers, iron box and pressing stand, good lighting, and French window.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, though the design could have been more aesthetically pleasing. The service was incredibly courteous and attentive, offering a range of convenient amenities. The location was convenient for business travelers but a bit of a disappointment for those looking to explore the city center. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a good value for the services provided.
The hotel is situated in a vibrant area accessible to Ambience mall and Cyber city, making it great for Gurgaon business meetings. The rooms are spacious and provide everything promised to me, but the location may not be ideal for solo female travelers.
